These “Terms and Conditions” Represent an agreement between the “masterbondcleaning.” and the Client. By using our service, Customers have Agreed to be bound by our Terms & Conditions and are satisfied with our company. If you have any enquirers relating to these Terms & Conditions. 1. The Day of the cleaning:-

Your attendance to the property on the day of the booking is not compulsory. Keys can be left for us to get access to the property, But we require at least that the person responsible for booking the cleaning must be contactable by phone, If we can’t contact anyone before the service commences, we reserve the right to not carry out service.

2. General

  • Apartment and units above ground level with no access to lifts may incur an additional charge minimum of $40.
  • The Customer is Required to Provide our Cleaners access to water & electricity. If the Property doesn’t have these utilities, the cleaners will do their best but the bond cleaning guarantee will not be applicable.
  • Customer Responsibility is to make the property empty as per our requirement for cleaning.
  • Our Team Member are not responsible to move furniture or items around when cleaning carpets and floors. if cleaning under or behind a heavy items (weighted above 5 kg) is required than clients will be required to move these items. Prior to the commencement of the service, no service warranty will be provided for that particular area if the items are not removed.
  • It is under the clients responsibility to provide thoroughly access to property including car parking expenses.
  • We take full responsibility for any damages that may be cause by our cleaners while carrying out the services, but our cleaning will not be responsible for any discolouraton to ceilings or walls after cleaning.

 

Note:- Any damage must be provided within 24 hours of services.

Any personal properties that are left behind within waste we will not be held accountable for their additional loss when disposed with waste products.

3. Payment:-

The client agreed to make payment before our service we accept cash, via bank transfer.

A tax invoice will be given once the payment is made.

4. Job Quotation:-

  • Quotes provided without inspections the quote is only an estimate based on the information available at the time. Quotes will be change according to additional services, room size, condition of the house, property size etc.
  • If a quote variation is required client will be notified before work commences, once the quotes variation is agreed client is required to pay additional cost before start the service.
  • If quote variation is not agreed but client wish to proceed with the service, some items or all items of the service warranty will void.

5. Cancellation & Reschedule:-

  • when customer fails to provide 48 hours cancellation notice period to starting agreed times the customer agree to pay cancellation & reschedule fee of $100.
  • Our company holds all right to cancel the job if we deem the property dangerous for our staff’s safety, health or well being or if we cannot access the property as agreed same day cancellation fees & reschedule fees may apply.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service if the property is not as described in condition or size or if unexpected circumstances occur.
  • If the property is not ready for the cleaning at the service time including tenant still in the process of moving, the customer agrees to pay $40 per hour for each staff. If there is job cancellation requirement customer have to pay travel costs.

6. Service Guarantee :-

Master bond cleaning. want to make sure we meet your expectation and provide hundred percent customer satisfaction. If the agent is not satisfied with the cleaning standard of our checklist areas, the cleaners will come back to rectify the issues without any charges within five days after receiving exit report, but we don’t take any guarantee which area is not included in our services.

We don’t take any Guarantee:-

  • Hard water stains removed from shower glass and taps.Calcium buildup and mold inside sealand
  • Permanent marks.
  • Mold and grout.
  • Tile and natural rope stains.

Discoloration- Exp. Grout, toilets, plastics, taps, glass door, window.

  1. To clean walls for the purposes of a bond clean, we do spot clean only to remove marks:- Additional charge may apply if walls are badly marked, or accessibly stained as they may require extra cleaning time.
  2. Blind cleaning:- Not included in our standard bond service. Dirty or greasy blinds take a lot longer. in this case, bringing them to the standard required to pass a cleaning inspection will require a lot more work and thus additional charges may apply.
  3. External windows, Glass and Outside Areas :-  These areas are not warranted due to weather circumstances.
